As is typically the case, the Big Ten championship game will help wrap up conference championship week and take us right up to the moment when the bids for the big dance begin to be unveiled. But the conference semifinals and conference championship game will move to network TV over the weekend with CBS airing the final three games of the tournament. The champion of the East Division will be the designated home team for this year's contest and will face the champion of the West Division. Most of the Big Ten men’s basketball tournament will be airing on the conference’s own Big Ten Network, with all games being played in Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. The city of Indianapolis and Lucas Oil Stadium will play host to the 12th annual Big Ten Football Championship Game on December 3, 2022. With a pair of games between the four lowest seeds on Wednesday kicking things off and filling the schedule all the way through Selection Sunday, the Big Ten’s automatic bid to this year’s NCAA Tournament is sure to see plenty of competition in the coming days.
